1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to the following completed treatments:

• Zirconium Crowns / Veneers

• Implant Treatments (implant body only)

• Prosthetic Components (abutments, hybrid bars, titanium structures)

2. Warranty Periods

Implant Body: Lifetime (manufacturer)

Zirconium Crowns / Veneers: 5 Years

Implant Prosthetics / Abutments / Bars: 3 Years

Warranty periods begin on the official treatment completion date.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Warranty remains valid if:

• Annual dental check-ups are completed (locally or at our clinic)

• A night guard is used if prescribed

• Daily oral hygiene instructions are followed

• Any issue is reported within 14 days of noticing symptoms

• No adjustments are made by any other clinic without approval

• Professional cleaning/scaling is performed at least once per year

4. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not apply in cases involving:

• Trauma, accidents, sports injuries, impacts, falls

• Bruxism damage without night guard use

• Gum disease caused by poor hygiene

• Smoking-related infections

• Failure to report issues in a timely manner

• New decay on previously healthy teeth

• Bite changes caused by new extractions

• Damage from chewing extremely hard foods (ice, bones, nutshells)

• Adjustments by other clinicians

• Temporary restorations (provisional crowns)

Root canals and fillings are not part of the guaranteed terms.

5. Implant-Specific Conditions

Lifetime coverage applies to the titanium implant body only.

It does not cover:

• Implant crowns/bridges

• Hybrid bars

• Prosthetic components

• Bone graft resorption over time

Warranty is void if implant failure is associated with:

• Insufficient bone density

• Smoking-induced infection

• Uncontrolled diabetes

6. Other Invalidating Conditions

• Missing scheduled check-ups

• Untreated chronic gum disease

• Sinus infections affecting implant sites

• Severe clenching (bruxism)

• Chewing non-food objects (pens, nails, plastic)

7. What the Clinic Will Provide

If failure is clinically justified within warranty scope:

• Repair or replacement free of charge

• Necessary scans and X-rays included

(Based on dental evaluation)

8. Travel & Accommodation

Travel costs, flights, hotels and personal expenses are not covered.

Exceptions apply only with written and stamped agreement.

9. Financial Conditions

Crowns and veneers cannot be replaced due to:

• Shade preference changes

• Minor aesthetic adjustments

• Colour dissatisfaction after approval

Colour selection confirmed at delivery is final

10. Patient Responsibilities

Patients must:

• Brush twice daily

• Use interdental cleaning aids

• Avoid opening objects with teeth

• Notify the clinic before external dental intervention
